Great management and very open with all aspects of the business. Truly have found our niche and are building the foundation to grow exponentially. Remote work indefinitely is a huge perk.

Cons

No 401k match, competitive pay but not the best compared to bigger companies.

It's a small company so it's easy to get to know everyone on the team quickly. The product is innovative and there is a lot of excitement about it in the market. Very collaborative environment with lots of opportunities to spread your wings.
