      Pros

      Decently flexible hours, hone personal and customer skills that translates directly to any career outside of the restaurant industry. Respectable pay (mostly in tips) if you are a full-time employee. Respected and understanding management.

      Cons

      You may not like all peers you work with, however, that may occur in any field of work you select. No accountable salary as a waiter, you may receive considerable salary within management.

      Always pretty busy so I can't complain about the compensation.

      As part of the front of the house you have to deal with people.

      Nice coworkers for the most part , decent hours, good shifts, good sections (depending on location), decent tips

      Cons

      Poor management, fun coworkers but no one wants to do anything. , a lot of responsibilities. Lot of drama!!!!!!!!!’
