1. Extremely professional, on-time salaries without miss. 2. The management always lends a hand to its employees, helping them learn new skills and advance their current ones. Even after I left the job for higher studies, I feel whatever I had learnt during my tenure at Springzo helps me stand out in my current career. 3. Patient management that will point out your mistakes but will also empower with solutions to correct them. 4. Works with very polite and professional clients, making the life of its employees and managers easier. 5. Fantastic collaborative and compassionate work atmosphere. Never got denied a leave or any other special request.
Cons
A small con could be their salaries are not the best in the industry. But I always worked remotely, saving money on transit and other stuff, making it a very comfortable place for me.
