Pros

They had a casual attitude towards work environment, which seemed nice in the beginning, but later proved how much management lacked professionalism and awareness on how to run a company.

Cons

The management never agreed on the vision for the company. They didn't even understand every department. The CEO had dangerously poor communication skills, which resulted in major issues with clients and with the majority of the employees they ended up having to let go. They didn't warn the editorial department or writing staff of their plans to no longer have a site for blog content. This means that links no longer exist and as a writer that is all you have to pitch when trying to find more opportunities. Spylight not only let people go, but the cherry on top is they also prevented people from finding new work.

Pros

They were somewhat flexible about schedules. Most people that work there are super nice.

Cons

They had no idea what was going on in the company, the CEO is a sociopath, and leadership is inexperienced.
