      Pros

      It is one of the best work environments I ever experienced. The team is tight, you would say it's a family. There's mutual respect and appreciation of the different cultures, experiences and backgrounds. Fair and decent competition to always do better. The senior management always has its door open to listen and advise. You can reach out to the CEO for anything you need, and he will assist you reasonably.

      Cons

      Change is a disadvantage I can think of, but it's only normal in this new era, especially when brokerage is a fast-changing and dynamic industry.
