- The culture. It's a relaxed work culture that has excellent triggers for accountability and results. Feels like everyone really enjoys contributing/participating. Expect bird puns and dad jokes everywhere you look. -the product. it's a very competitive platform and appears slightly ahead of it's time in the appsec market. I'm excited to see what happens in the next few years. -C-Suite is very competent and especially communicative about what they know/what to expect. They mitigated as much stress as they could for the whole SVB fiasco and make a visible effort to support the entire team.
Cons
-mostly remote work. If you need a crowded office to function then it would be a bad fit. -unexpected downsizing at times and not relayed to anyone until you see a deactivated account. haven't seen turnover. -Many meetings. most are fairly dense and the general meetings are made to be as short as possible.
