Plenty of opportunities to make an impact, to grow professionally and personally. Company is at a stage where there are lots of interesting technical problems to solve. People with strong sense of ownership, who embrace chaos & uncertainties will thrive.

Cons

Sometimes there’s burn out when one has to handle a variety of things at the same time (projects, pocs, production incidents). This also offers an opportunity to become better at prioritization.
