      Pros

      A welcoming, encouraging and friendly environment to work in. I have been encouraged to grow and have had hard work and achievements recognised by those around me.

      Cons

      Very few negatives to working here. Staff are encouraged to take the initiative and there's a flat hierachy which suits the company culture, but might not suit those who require rigid direction.
