Pros

I have a very good manager in Technology where I was given opportunities to grow. I learnt new technologies and was given time to get up to speed. My manager believe in the team and gave us confidence to grow even when things fail. It was a healthy environment because of him. Work load is not light but I have learnt a lot.

Cons

Work was very fast paced. Need to spend more time on design phase Not enough interaction with Sales team
