Company has put in place new direction and have hired many new people to fill key positions with in the management. New positive mindset and changes are being made in the organization. Good place to take on responsibilities and grow professionally and personally.
Cons
Still much work needs to be done to grow the company and needs to hire more good people in key positions. There is flexible work schedule and could provide more time off.
