Pros

- you get to work with a lot of cool clients from various animation, vfx and game design industries - fast-paced, you won't be bored working here ever since things are so varied everyday - learn a lot of cool things, learned things mostly business related to CRM stuff, but then learned more creative things like Unreal Engine and Unity

Cons

- Startup struggles - working late hours sometimes

Pros

- Friendly, relaxed culture - Open lines of communication across departments - Management supports ongoing professional development of staff - Opportunity to work with innovative wearables tech - Flexible work arrangements

Cons

(Applicable up until mid-2018) - Startup mentality meant lack of formal manufacturing and quality processes compared with large established companies; stuff was often figured out as they go; company has improved since then - Lack of product diversification (focused on one key client) resulted in large-scale layoffs after the client terminated a lucrative OEM contract
