The people are thoughtful, driven, and genuinely kind. Collaboration is the norm, not the exception, and it’s a low-ego environment, which feels rare in the agency world. You’re trusted to do your job well without being micromanaged, with real autonomy and accountability. If you want to grow quickly and take on more responsibility, the opportunity is there. There’s a strong sense of purpose and pride in the work, and the company genuinely cares about doing right by clients. The bar is high, which isn’t for everyone, but it makes the work challenging and rewarding. This is a great place for people who want to do excellent work.

Cons

The bar is high and the work moves quickly. Because the team is fully remote, you need to be comfortable working independently and speaking up—there’s less passive learning than you’d get in an office environment.

I'd offer that the objective of time tracking is to help gain an understanding at a granular level how much time it takes to complete each task so that our agency is paid fairly for the services we deliver, and so that we can assign balanced workloads across the team. People are amazing. From Senior to Junior everyone is very friendly. well-communicative. They have great vision. Always so much passionate about the projects.

Cons

I think, I should be paid more for my experiences. However, there were nothing too challenging their to prove myself as it was a marketing agency. But all the best always.
