Pros
Very helpful from top to bottom. They genuinely want you to succeed. Decent pay, good benefits. Lots of learning opportunities. Excellent work/life balance. If you need time off, it's not a problem and everyone will step up to cover for you.
Cons
The company turns away too much business because of profit margin requirements, therefore creating its own competition. Could use more support staff and an increased focus on getting/keeping experienced people across the board; the increased productivity would far offset the cost of paying a few more dollars per hours.

As much training as you would like is available for you to learn about products and capabilities. Competitive compensation and reasonable work life balance.
Cons
Too many divisions competing for the same customers and fighting over accounts. The idea of team work or playing nice is non existent. Not a lot of room for growth.
