      Up and coming. fast-growing startup with the best team working towards one goal. Flexible and great support from the leadership makes life easier and that makes employees do a better job.

      Pros

      Full ownership - you are treated as a stakeholeder. Everyone is made aware of the company's current financial and performance metrics as well as the near term and long term goals and a plan to reach those goals. You feel like you are developing your won comapny (and you actually do have stock options by default).

      Cons

      At the point of writing this, it's still a startup with venture funding so you don't know if it's gonna make it or not.
