The people are great and fun to work with. The entire staff works together to do quality work that they are proud of. The management team meets regularly and they have strategic planning meetings to guide the company through growth and change. And almost everyone leaves at 2:00 on Fridays.

Some benefits (like PTO) are lacking. BUT, they are continually working towards improvement.
