      Amazing company culture! Leadership and individual contributors work together as one united team. Leaders are supportive and genuinely invested in your growth and development. The central office location adds to the convenience and great atmosphere.

      There is currently no defined development plan in place, which makes it unclear what steps are needed to progress toward a promotion.

      A great working environment. Supportive team leaders and managers who invest heavily in the employees and helps them achieve their goals. A very social environment that emphasises the well being of their employees. After work and other activities are common which makes the group dynamics stronger.

      Cons

      There are a lot of talented employees but limited promotional opportunities. It can be hard to know how to take the next step and advance within the company.
