      Super talented team of developers, designers, animators, writers, and producers – all in-house; and good benefits/pay, with a flexible work-from-home policy

      Cons

      With COVID, there has been a heavy shift to working remotely, so there isn't (currently) as much in-person collaboration.

      • Super nice and super talented people. • Sway really cares about you, either in professional or personal life, they will always find a way to help you no matter what • Always aims the best result for every single project, either if it is a simple banner unit or a complex whole campaign .

      There are only pros for me so far!
