Great Company To Work For

Pros

Small - midsize company allows your voice to be heard. You can really make a difference here. They are very flexible with hours and telecommuting. Benefits and pay are on par with the industry. Casual dress atmosphere unless visitors in house. Very friendly co-workers.

Cons

The small size of the company limits the opportunity for upper mobility.
