I have just reached my one year anniversary at System C and it’s is one of the most rewarding places I have worked. The management team are supportive, approachable, and engaged. I’ve always felt listened to and encouraged, whether that’s around ideas, challenges, or professional development. Teamwork is a real strength, colleagues are caring, willing to help, and invested in shared success rather than siloed working.
