      Pros

      Learning potential is great, technology stack is top notch, great benefits, semi-wfh is a huge plus, upcoming changes, new financial tools promising, Ofc hard to tell how this works out, overall there's a good vibe but it probably depends whom you are listening to.

      Cons

      Company changed, new management's philosophy is more strict, scrutinizing employees behavior, presence to silly levels, though from them viewpoint understandable. Moods are mixed in this area, uncertainty what next will happen. Pace is fast, not enough staff to handle it all in a manner it should be handle.
