      Pros

      Love everything about TPConnects. I look forward to coming into the office. Exceptional co-workers, and amazing atmosphere. Everyone works towards the same goal, which creates a harmonious rhythm of work. TPConnects cares about their employees, which results in happy, satisfied employees who want to see their company prosper. The customer buddy program is something great. We are excited to see it launching. Beneficial for Employee as well as customer

      Cons

      Company growing rapidly, perhaps ahead of some of its internal 'ways of doing things'. More and more airlines and travel agents approaching for direct connect, ndc api, B2B and B2C which is good from a business point of view. But accordingly we need to recruit more people as well. Not all requirements from customers are same. Projects are fast paced and deliverables are on tight deadlines so not for faint hearted. Projects are large and complex, but enjoyable for someone who want to learn.

      Pros

      Great product based company to work for that helps you to gain good exposure to the travel industry domain. You will get lot of opportunity to learn travel technology. Great colleagues to work with. Good career improvement opportunities. Employee friendly working culture. Opportunities to understand actual business needs of the customer and the products. Employees are given autonomy in managing projects, working with customers, designing solutions etc. Less bureaucracy.

      Cons

      Less salary scale as compared to other companies. Infrastructure facilities not at par with similar companies. Less employee diversity. Salary for the existing employees can be improved and baseline with the current salary scale according to the market. The new Customer Buddy Programme which is going to be introduced will retain employees as whatever the customers achieve the employees get a share of this.
