      It was a giant education scam and they made tons of money while the base employees didn't get anything extra.

      Decent salary and easy minimum qualifications to meet for the job Paid time and holidays off Insurance/benefits packages

      Cons

      The HR were incompetant and didn't really care about employees Poor hiring/screening process means a lot of incompetants are hired and fired quickly Older employees are not valued much Pressure to perform to high standards which are hard to meet due to their practices
