Pros

The teams are incredibly talented and also want to have everyone succeed. There’s a big focus on work/life balance. Honestly the first time in my career where I felt my direct leadership and team genuinely cared about me and was appreciative of all my contributions. Actually am grateful to be able to work with such incredible individuals

Cons

Holiday season is extra busy due to the retail market. Not a specific Tatcha issue, more of an industry thing ( luckily everyone is mutually supportive and understanding)

Good employee discount products, decent starting pay, summer Fridays, annual bonus

Cons

Hard to get a pay increase; they only provide 3% cost of living raises. They're also getting rid of remote work.
