pay & commission icould be much higher for a business 2 business job.
upper management is mostly family/family friends, not a bad thing unless are looking to move up.
The people were all welcoming and very friendly. Any mangers are willing and happy to help you when needed. The job is pretty straightforward and easy to learn.
