Long term positions.
Can choose not to return to an assigned center.
I enjoyed working for them.
Cons
Must call in for assignment each day unless you get a long term by 7:00 Am.
Must call in hours worked every evening before 8:00 PM
Frequent management turnover.
I loved being able to decide my availability and determine my hours(since I am still in school and have a family) . They were super flexible. I gave them the area I was willing to travel which was great. (since gas is super low and I have an economical car)Even if I agreed to travel out of my "map" I always felt appreciated. And I just got a raise! Being able to work at different sites and determining which fit better was easy and I always got called to come back. Friendly staff especially early in the morning.
