Salary Delays: Salaries are never paid on time. This unprofessional behavior creates immense financial stress and shows a blatant lack of respect for employees. Inept Management: The leadership is disorganized and lacks direction. Communication is poor, and decisions are often made without considering their impact on the team. Toxic Work Culture: Favoritism and office politics are rampant. Employee concerns are ignored, and constructive feedback is dismissed outright. No Career Growth: There are no opportunities for learning or advancement. Promises of skill development and career progression are empty. Excessive Workload: Unrealistic deadlines, long hours, and zero recognition make for an unsustainable work-life balance.
