- Well structured and organised workflow - Management is knowledgeable and well-informed - A young and diverse team - High importance is placed on learning & development - Company functions on a task and project basis and not time-based (no timesheets/ no compulsory number of hours a day) - 5 day work week with no weekend intrusions - Management is always open to suggestions and constructive feedback

Cons

Time difference for overseas teams can sometimes be a strain.

Been working here for almost 2 years now & I must say it's a great learning experience for me as a fresher. - Started as a Mobile dev & now I've been working with full-stack frameworks on various projects . - Competitive pay - Best of all, Flexible timings. - Very supportive & encouraging management/team members. Great Experience overall.

Cons

Not I can think of, but timezone differences makes it difficult sometimes.(Mostly these timezones works well for me.)
