Pros
After working for the company for over 4 years, I can truly say TECLA is one of the top places to work for IT Recruitment. The team is not only kind but they really listen to everyone's opinions and there isn't a lot of bureaucracy getting in the way of changes that can be made.
Cons
It's definitely a fast-paced environment so you do have to be really on your A-game all the time.
