      The people are very competent. There is constant on going training. Pay and benefits are among the best in the industry.

      Pros

      The staff at TelePayroll is very close knit and works cohesively. The small team environment allows me to work with other departments on a regular basis and be involved in many aspects of the business.

      Cons

      Occasionally there are multiple projects or campaigns running at the same time, which can make it hard to focus and put all of my effort in one direction.
