Open communication culture, comparatively good level of salaries, interesting and usefull products, team work, balanced work-life time, "Can Do: attitude, good people to work with. Just great company!

Unfortunatelly Intel (the owner of Telmap at that time) decide to close the company

Provides the employer chances to develop himself. Good relationship between employees and Management. You can fulfill your potential. Acquired by Intel and recently sold to TCS - Telecommunication System Inc. Great product.
Cons
The company is in a process of wind down. no future for new employees.
