Good management, very supportive, listens to employees' concerns, no micromanagement. I loved it there

Pros
Gain experience if you are in college and need some basic experience. It is a marketing company that can really help you understand the basics of research and survey analysis. The company is very personal and all the training is hands on. They use very popular approaches in market research and are knowledgeable.
Cons
Not much opportunity for advancement. The management is not always as understanding as they should be and can be very demanding. Also there seems to be a very high turnover rate but I am unsure of why. Some of the work can be fairly time consuming and boring and can seem very same old.
