Pros

Hands-on marketing experience you won't receive anywhere else. Point is a smaller firm, so you get to work on a lot of unique projects alongside employees. Gave me a great scope of the different roles within the marketing, advertising, PR, and creative departments.

Cons

Nothing to complain about, would be happy working here again.

The leadership team instills a sense of truly wanting their clients to succeed rather than just trying to sell them a service. Proactive approach to marketing that delivers measurable results.

Cons

Not sure there are cons as much as there are pros. Ive worked at big and small agencies, client side, and in house marketing side, Point provides a learning environment where we can grow as marketers.

Amazing opportunity to learn the business side of marketing-- most leadership comes from client and agency side. Always puts strategy first. Salary not based on commission, so never asked to compromise for what is right for the client. Deep understanding for the right balance of traditional and digital marketing.

Cons

There are no real cons compared to other agencies!
