Pros

The Mission consistently empowers the staff to encourage life transformation to those who need the most. We accept everyone, maintaining dignity and partnering with clients to encourage them with overwhelmingly positivity to reach their best life.

Cons

The pay is below average for comparable work. At times the work is very emotional. The staff carry the weight of all of our clients and can, at times, be overwhelming.

Pros

-Great health benefits -Great paid time off -Solid amount of paid holidays -Emphasis on mental health -Family friendly -Somewhat flexible with schedule

Cons

-Highly unorganized in many departments -A lot of immediate supervision in the long term programs is unapproachable, judgmental towards fellow staff, and judgmental towards clients -No consistent expectations (They change from week to week and even day to day) -Really low pay for how much work needs to be done and for the type of clientele we work with -Shoddy communication from upper management about health concerns, big events, and reasons for coworker dismissal.
