Great people who are kind, hardworking, funny, and thoughtful. The opportunity to build relationships with clients and contribute to the creation of something unique. Management that recognizes our efforts and tries to make every day fun and rewarding. An environment where you can speak your mind and offer ideas to improve processes. Fair pay for the work involved, especially considering it is remote, which in itself is a huge draw and saves employees time and money. The flexibility and quality of life makes it more than worthwhile.

Cons

Hard to think of any. This is a small company that is growing at a decent pace and as such, will encounter challenges, but the management team is innovative and open to feedback on how to address those challenges.

They just get culture and how to make work fun. And honestly, even though we are remote, the camaraderie is so built into the culture, that I didn't miss working in an office at all. The focus on the client and meeting/exceeding their expectations is also baked into the culture. Everyone works beautifully together, and are always looking to improve process or client experience.

Cons

Most of the cons I would have put here a year ago have been addressed and changed. I will agree that there is a learning curve so don't be afraid to ask lots of questions and make mistakes because that's how you learn!
