Pros

Work life balance is the core value of Thinkmax. Everyone from the President and Exec team to the employees are amazing. Best company I have ever worked for. Everyone is encouraged to grow and learn and the sky is the limit to better yourself.

Cons

Company started to cut down on projects and budget leading up to the point when company was sold.
