      The people and culture here is very warm and welcoming. Everyone is very supportive. Flat hierarchy structure, allowing everyone to contribute and discuss openly.

      I've had the pleasure of working for Tigera since 2016. It has a great vibe, led by desire to understand and address genuine customer problems. I appreciate my colleagues here, in both engineering and other functions, for their kindness, intelligence, collaboration and humour.
