      - Very supportive environment with growth and progression opportunities - Great team work, one big family - Friendly senior management team who are approachable - Lots of opportunities for travel on the events team, working in some amazing locations - Empathetic and supportive HR team - Pay day lunches, quarterly socials, summer Fridays, 20 WFH days per year on top of 1 WFH day per week

      Faced paced environment particularly during the busy event season which can lead to difficult work/life balance but that is the nature of the industry. Just speak up if you are feeling overwhelmed and you will be supported. The company has put in more measures to support better work/life balance.

      - Biggest pro is the team and people - everyone is like one big family super welcoming - Lots of travel opportunities - Team Culture - Lots of social events, summer/christmas party, payday lunch, wellness days - Lots of responsibility & trust within the team and everyone works together well and are so supportive - Everyone is extremely passionate about their work and are very hard working!

      Cons

      Events has had its challenges which can mean long hours and high workload however the company are still young and constantly ask for feedback from employees and are making moves to be more accommodating and flexible, with new company benefits increasing!
