literally was like working with my family members. everyone from coworkers to management folks took the time to know me and I felt part of something meaningful.

Cons

OCONUS work has its pros for sure, but cons include being disconnected from home and the comforts of the good ole USA

Management doesn't micromanage, as long as work gets done, I get left alone. They are willing to let me flex my time as well. Honestly, one of the better places I've worked. I got a raise after 1 year
