Pros
Senior leadership had put a few programs in place that brought information together and was user friendly. The support for 1st line management was out in place and helped move new sop to field operations, creating a smoother more positive work environment.
Cons
Most of the cons were just missing levels of management for long a period, which was corrected . The back billing was overwhelming and took a toll on the company as whole at all levels.
