      Pros

      Great environment, medium size company, room to grow, family owned. Great CEO and fantastic Executive General Manager. Growing.

      Cons

      Took part of a new contract acquisition and the Operations manager in charged was not very good, lacked leadership skills in my opinion and seemed overwhelmed to the point of not being able to help when needed. Work life balance though promoted was absent. Pay wise not inline with other companies.
