- Independence and remote work - OK salary - Good CTO

- Very mediocre team, with no performance reviews - Bad boss and no management practices. No thought put on team building, no resources allocated to research and development, blame on people, no leadership. I have worked with very skilled managers with a vision and strategy for operations but here it's very chaotic and I regret having joined. - Company will not scale, has been in this mode for about 5 years because of management
