If you are willing to put for the effort to show you will do the work and care, the management will bend over backward to help you. I came in looking to do sales and was still very green in that area. They were willing to work with me to perfect my technique and pushed me to do my best. In the long run, we found out that I was better suited elsewhere within the company and they moved me to my current position. Everyone is super friendly and accepting. I felt right at home from my first day and look forward to coming in to work every morning.

I've worked at TDM for over 7 years now and really enjoy my time. I have been able to grow and expand my role as well as learn a lot more about our industry. I enjoy my coworkers as they have the same dedication, to seeing that our clients get the best possible solution, as I do. I've even recommended working here to several colleagues and do have the pleasure of working with some of them here as well.
