Standard working hours are typically from 10 AM to 5 PM. Might get a day of WFH after event completion. The company occasionally organizes lunches, dinners, and festive gatherings (Christmas parties), which contribute to a sense of team bonding. There are occasional training sessions that provide learning opportunities and exposure to different aspects of the business.
Cons
During event days or setup periods, working hours can extend up to 15 hours over multiple consecutive days without rotational off-days or shift coverage. May feel undervalued, as there's a noticeable emphasis on output over wellbeing. High turnover rate. Fresh grads may not get guidance required without being extra proactive.

Allowances are decent. Boss is really generous when comes to feeding staff.
Cons
No work life balance as promoted. Overtime you get mentally tired of the routine and having no weekends to rest. Client pleasing is their motto.
