The people here are incredibly smart, driven, and kind. You’ll find that they inspire you to do great work! The clients and projects are always interesting, and your work has a real world impact. I did some of the best work of my career at Trilogy.
Cons
Sometimes you may not have much active work, but successful employees know how to diligently spend that time to improve their own skills. There’s also the occasional tight deadline, which can be stressful. But you have a very supportive team to help you, so you will never feel like any task is impossible.
