      Great compensation and work-life balance, but high expectations

      Pros

      The compensation is competitive and the whole benefits package is good Work-life balance is one of the best I've experienced; the team respects personal time. The technical experience and learning has been solid.

      Cons

      The level of support that is expected from a variety of customers is very high.

      Pros

      Input and communication channel with fellow Engineers, higher tier people such as Managers, R&D is open, straightforward and efficient. Engaging team, workplace systems and or tool that actually work. Soft privileges such as hmo, well equipped pantry, a good office environment and consideration for work from home once(or twice) a week during 2026 commuting crisis (gas prices due to middle east war) are very much appreciated.

      Cons

      Since the business mainly serves north america and european customers and requires 'follow-the-sun' operations, I'm now on the night shift. This is my first time working mostly at night. I've done occasional after-hours work before, but never a permanent night routine. Much respect to the BPO veterans who came before me—this work is hard and truly challenging.
