Some very creative and talented employees. Reasonable compensation and benefits. Good work/life balance most of the time.
Cons
Poor project planning. Political environment. CYA culture. Lack of honesty and transparency with employees. A few extremely difficult people in management positions.

Good teammates. A few exceptionally talented people. A lot to learn here.
Cons
Office politics, too many big egos. Known issues are willfully ignored by management. No work life balance. Often expected to work over weekends with no overtime pay. Some roles are dead ends.
