      Pros

      Great Management, Great Staff, Great Product. The office culture is that of almost a close knit family. I love working for a company that cares about it's customers and it's employees.

      Cons

      There Really aren't too many. The products take a litte while to get used to for sure.I wish they offered benefits sooner to the employees.

      Opportunity to advance in position and salary, Management is very professional and understanding, Co-workers, Salary, Work environment, time- off policy.

      Cons

      Takes a little while to learn all of the great products that are offered. There are several different levels of coverage that are offered from several different insurance carriers.

      Fast advancement in salary and plenty of growth. This is by far the best place I have ever worked. Thank you.

      If I could even think of one challege it is that there is never enough time in the day because we are growing so quickly.
