      Pros

      Management team, especially owner Dr. Reem Shafi, is very present and easy to communicate with. Staff ideas and concerns are not only listened to, but supported and acted upon. Patient care and experience is a top priority along with employee satisfaction.

      Cons

      Staff shortages- is a problem everywhere, not just at this company.

      Pros

      Ive been with the company for 6 years, nothing but a wonderful experience. Lots of growth and training opportunities, super flexible schedule and understanding owners. They are willing to train individuals with no experience in dental, which is really great!

      Cons

      No work /life balance, benefit package needs some improvement.
