Freedom to change up your store They really want you to run it like your own company District managers and regional managers are open door and really listen to your ideas.

Cons

Like any retail job you have to work holidays and weekends but as a store manager you get certain perks around the holidays and usually get Christmas Eve and New year's Eve off.
