Cons
Terrible work life balance. Founder expects you to work the hours of a founder and check socials well beyond work hours (he even asked what time I go to bed so I could check in before sleeping) . If you’re offline for more than a few minutes he will question what you’re doing and founder has constant paranoia so at times imposed a time tracking app. Founder often replies to customer service complaints which makes community management unbearable as responses are often personal , unprofessional and irrational. Every cost is scrutinized and founder doesn’t understand basic business needs for a company to function. Lack of care for employees - especially those balancing a family life with children
